Wil-Kil Pest Control employees have an average tenure of nine years, with our management team having an average of sixteen years of pest management experience. Wil-Kil Pest Control has over ninety IPM Service Specialists with over fifty technicians certified as Master IPM Specialists in Wisconsin, as well as over fifty licensed/certified fumigators. No other company in the state can offer you this breadth and depth of service.
Wil-Kil Pest Control is an active participant in Wisconsin Pest Control Association and the Minnesota Pest Management Association. Various members of the Wil-Kil management team are serving our local industry associations as the President, Past President and Board Member.

The engine driving the continued development of this expertise is the Copesan Technical Committee (CTC), a group that was formed more than 25 years ago to quickly and efficiently disseminate important technical, training and regulatory information throughout the Copesan organization.
The CTC is comprised of more than 30 technical and training specialists from Copesan Partners throughout North America. The CTC studies, scrutinizes, discusses and exchanges information that enables Copesan Partners to solve specific pest problems and be on the cutting edge of pest management technology.
